About us

The lab is located at the Faculty of Social Welfare and Health Sciences, School of Social Work, University of Haifa.

The Data Analytics for Safeguarding Children Lab provides a platform for local and international collaborations to explore how data can be used to improve children’s safety and well-being. It is designed to encompass research projects about data analytics targeted at enhancing decision-making about child welfare services and child protection interventions. Current projects focus on developing predictive analytics tools for early identification of child maltreatment within the health system.
